Do you think we can win people for the kingdom through love, never even saying a word about the Gospel until they ask you why you love in the way you do. What about the people on the corner preaching to the city walkers. Is that Biblical? I mean the ones that are just shouting to whom ever will hear. I've never heard of anyone becoming a Christian by hearing a corner preacher. I suppose it can be a seed in the process.

On another note. I find my grandmother to be an invaluable mentor. I think always have known she is a woman after Gods heart and a passion for her family to know and love God as well. She is an amazing prayer warrior and loves unconditionally, without even thinking a negative thought. A woman of extreme value if you do not know her you should take a minute to get to know her. If you are blessed enough to be in her family take a meal with her and ask her a question about her life.

Our air conditioner went out! Whew what a hot few days!

I totally think that you can preach God's love to people more effectively through your actions than you can through your words. I've actually been thinking about this a lot lately and I feel things are changing when it comes to evangelizing the world. Our society has become so skeptical of anything Christian that it is next to impossible to start up a conversation about God without someone getting upset. I've found through personal experience that it is way more effective to show people love and a build a relationship before even approaching the subject. Now, that's not to say that God can't use preaching or speaking to his advantage, but I do not think it is an effective way to evangelize these days. It really bothers me when christians think the only way to be effective is to shove it down someone's throat. Where's the love in that?? It seems that these people are more concerned with not feeling guilty about people going to hell than they are about the person's heart. That's just my opinion.
