Thanks for the great ideas of things to do with a two year old. We have been extending energy like crazy the last few days. Giving us both a really great nights sleep. So again thanks ladies.
Now, Do you think that all Christians know what exactly they beleive? Do you find yourself questioning things ever? What are you questioning? I'm questioning a whole lot of stuff right now. Not the basics. But the stuff we, the christians of the ages, have added. So if the prayer does not matter all that much, how do you know..... well I used to ask people if they had Jesus in their heart. Now that seems like a dumb thing to ask. Well an inaccurate thing to ask. Is it even for us to judge whether someone is in or not? It seems to be our job to love them and telthem the Good News. What was the Good News that Jesus was talking about when he spoke about the Good News?
We often act like we know what we believe when I find myself in a daily journey to figure out what I believe, and sometime changing what I believe, thinkingit out over and over again. Always knowing that Jesus is the only way. How much does the other stuff matter?

Joy, I wholeheartedly agree with much of what Fran just said. The big thing is, you have to find a balance between going by what people say about their faith and how it appears they live it out. We should never judge non-believers, and the Bible only mentions once that we should judge believers. The only reason for assessing someone's faith is to find out whether you should share your faith. I have an example. Remember Kent? He told me he was a Christian, and he was a moral guy, but I could tell he was missing something. After talking with him, he started to see that Christ wants his whole life, not just Sunday morning. He committed it to Christ, and now I am confident he knows Christ. It's wierd sometimes, I guess, but that is what we have to do. Anyway, it was nice to see you at the wedding!
