SO this was the last day of Spring Break, it's Friday. Today we got up late, then went for a two hour walk stopping to play at 2 parks along the way. Then we came home, ate freezies and hung out on the deck, I got sunburn on my cheeks. Then we took a shower and got ready to go to the Chiropractor, I just met last weekend and already "like" the guy a ton, he adjusted both Mk and me, and the headache that I have been having for the last few months is now gone. I told Mk that I really liked the Dr and she said we love the dr. Then we came home and played, read books, colored, rearranged mk's bedroom and then ate dinner and now we are playing a little more before bed. This was a great last day of spring break. Tomorrow will be a day for the personal Journal, I'm going to visit " the Boys" it's been almost 3 years since we have had an intentional vist. That's all I have to say about that.

Chiropractors (in general) are awesome. They know all about the medical side as well as the chiropractic stuff. My chiro is also naturopathic and a nutritionist, so, bonus, bonus, bonus! I'm glad you got Mk in. I'm interested to hear how it all goes for her. Have you talked to the chiro about her stuffy nose and exzema? Have her ear problems been somewhat relieved since seeing him?
Also, how was your visit to see the boys?
We did talk about the exzema, so I can't wait to see what heppens too.
The visit was good, a little akward at times, but really good. Drew is really funny and Theo is a total care taker of Drew. They have suck a cute, happy little family. Dave and Vicki are so precious.
